Durable and Sustainable Composite Eco Decking for Adelaide Homes

We supply Australia’s most unique double-sided composite decking board by Auszone Blind. Made from wood fibres and sustainable plastics, it features two different colours on either side, giving you the choice to transform your outdoor space, and you can flip the side each season or for special occasions to change the colour. It’s anti-slip and has in-built fade resistance. Our wide range of composite decking is the perfect choice for residential and commercial projects.

Composite decking has taken the decking world by storm as the durable, low maintenance, rot, fade-resistant and simple-to-install alternative to traditional timber decking. Made to be the toughest and most climate-resistant decking in Australia, your deck will look just as stunning from installation day to years down the line.

Frequently Asked Questions

We supply double-sided boards measuring 5.4m in length, 138mm in width, and 22.5mm in thickness. They weigh 2.8kg per linear meter (15.12kg per board), with a single board covering roughly 0.745 square meters.

We manufacture each board with two distinct colors, one on each side. You can choose your preferred color face during installation, create contrast borders by mixing sides, or simply unclip and flip the boards later to completely refresh your outdoor space.

Like most outdoor materials exposed to direct sunlight, composite surfaces absorb heat. If your deck faces direct north or receives intense sun all day, we recommend choosing our lighter color options to keep the surface cooler underfoot.

No. Unlike traditional timber, our composite boards never require sanding, staining, painting, or seasonal oiling.

You may notice slight natural color settling during the first few months of sun exposure. After this brief initial period, our UV-stabilized boards hold their color tone consistently over years of weather exposure.

Yes. Our decking holds a certified P4/R11 slip rating and features a textured, embossed surface designed specifically to provide traction in wet areas, around pools, and on exposed steps.

Yes. Because the boards are engineered from wood fiber and recycled polymers, they resist moisture absorption, salt spray corrosion, rot, and decay. They also provide no food source for termites.

Our boards are engineered for high scratch resistance. Minor surface marks naturally weather, blend in, and soften over time.

Yes. Thanks to our hidden clip system, single boards can typically be isolated and replaced without tearing up surrounding decking.

We recommend a maximum joist spacing of 400mm center-to-center for standard residential decks, or 300mm for commercial projects and diagonal laying patterns.

Yes. The uniform density and structural strength make it a reliable, practical choice for elevated frames, balconies, and rooftop outdoor areas.

Divide your total deck area in square meters by 0.72 (this accounts for the board area plus the 5mm clip spacing), then add 5% to 10% extra to cover offcuts and trimming.

Yes. While traditional timber may cost less upfront, composite decking pays for itself within a few years by eliminating continuous spending on oils, stains, sanders, and board replacements.

We had an outstanding experience with Auszone Blinds from start to finish. Mathew is an honourable, reliable, and professional man who truly delivers on his promises. Mathew came out twice in two days to remeasure after we made a few changes, arriving exactly when he said he would each time. There was never any pressure to make a decision, and the manufacturing timeframe he gave us was accurate. We were kept informed throughout the process, received plenty of notice before installation, and were given options for the installation day and time, which made everything so easy. The workmanship and quality of our shutters are outstanding, and we couldn't be happier with the finished result. We highly recommend Auszone Blinds to anyone looking for exceptional service, quality products, and a company that genuinely values its customers. Thank you, Mathew!

Fantastic service and install, great high quality product. We replaced old roller shutters that were of poor quality and starting to fail. Amazed at how much better quality the new ones represent and good value for money. Installers were friendly, efficient and cleaned up the little mess they made, very happy and highly recommend

Auzone Blinds did an amazing job from start to finish. When Merin came to give a free quote and measurement, I wasn’t sure which sheer curtain colour would suit to our house. He suggested what would fit our lounge, kitchen, and bedroom curtains. It took only 3 weeks for the curtains to be ready, and I’m absolutely satisfied with the result. After they installed them, the space has a hotel‑vibe look, and I’m very happy. They were professional, fair, nice and very reasonable price. I could not recommend them highly enough – they did a great job.Thank you guys! Amazing.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have used AusZone twice for our houses. Installers are always on time. The quality of product for the price is great. We have had 1 small issue with a rail for our blinds which was fixed promptly, which shows alot for after service warranty. We will use again!
