When Merin came to give a free quote and measurement, I wasn’t sure which sheer curtain colour would suit to our house. He suggested what would fit our lounge, kitchen, and bedroom curtains. It took only 3 weeks for the curtains to be ready, and I’m absolutely satisfied with the result. After they installed them, the space has a hotel‑vibe look, and I’m very happy. He doesn't even have the decency of replying to a message of help. We waited for a response to the quality of blinds purchased through him that has been fraying so ridiculously considering the dollars paid. The curtain came with a tiny hole as well. My bad, never ever ever through this company. Please do your research if you looking at blinds and curtains. Go with someone who's honest and reliable and reachable even after the jobs done. We have used AusZone twice for our houses. Installers are always on time. The quality of product for the price is great. We have had 1 small issue with a rail for our blinds which was fixed promptly, which shows alot for after service warranty. Had blinds installed, the installation was very rushed, when removing the old rods the wall and chandelier were hit. A sentimental vase was broken and they put it in a box with rubbish on top and put the box in their car. When questioned about it they blatantly lied eventhough we told them we saw it and have it on camera. The blinds were not what was agreed on (brackets poked outside of the timber frame) so they came back to fix them but now the chains are not all on the side that was agreed, one of the blinds was glued on the roller crooked and we have holes in the window frames we need to patch up.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had these guys out to quote my house for shutters, the person that came out Michael was rude and on the phone during the appointment, was just handing me and asking to just choose and don’t worry about the test. Couldn’t answer where the motor is from or what motor they’re even using and other companies explained all components of the shutters inside and out.
