Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders of Goods from Auszone Associates Pty Ltd (Auszone Blinds, Us, We, Company, Our). These terms together with an order form a contract for the sale of the Goods.

1. Interpretations

In these terms and conditions:

  • Client (or ‘you’, ‘your’) means any persons we supply the goods to.
  • Goods means any products purchased and supplied from Auszone Blinds.
  • Quote means the description and cost we provide you in writing for the Goods.

2. Orders and Goods

  • 2.1 All orders must be in writing and accompanied by a 50% non-refundable deposit unless agreed upon directly in writing from us. We also have the right to accept or reject any orders at our discretion.
  • 2.2 From time to time a specific colour ordered by the client may not be available. If this occurs the client will have an option to either:
    • Select a different colour
    • Wait for stock to become available
    • Select a different product and pay the difference if the new product is of higher value
  • 2.3 All window furnishings must be removed from the client prior to the installation beginning. Should we have to remove any window furnishings this will incur a cost as discussed in quotation per window furnishing at the client’s expense.
  • 2.4 All furniture and items are to be removed within a 2m space of each window to ensure a safe working space for us. Should an item or piece of furniture not be removed and damage occurs during installation, we are not liable for any replacement or repair costs.

3. Price & Payments

  • 3.1 The price for our goods will be written on the quotation provided to the client. We may change the price of our goods at any time with written notification due to market conditions.
  • 3.2 We will invoice you for the deposit amount following receipt of your order. We will invoice you for the balance once your Goods are ready.
  • 3.3 Final balance is payable when the installation is pre-booked and confirmed. Final payment is to be made by direct transfer into our nominated bank account. All goods remain the property of Auszone Blinds until paid in full.

4. Delivery of Goods

  • 4.1 We will endeavour to adhere to our estimated delivery timeframes for each product. However, we are not responsible for delays in delivery and may deliver the goods at any reasonable subsequent time. The client must accept and pay for them.

5. Cancellations, Changes or Refunds

  • 5.1 You may cancel your order within 12 hours of making the initial deposit. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@auszoneblinds.com.au. Deposits will not be refunded if cancelled later than 12 hours after payment.
  • 5.2 The client may change their order within 24 hours of payment by requesting changes in writing to info@auszoneblinds.com.au.
  • 5.3 If the client claims goods are faulty or defective, they must notify the Company in writing within 7 days of delivery or installation.
  • 5.4 If the client disputes an invoice, reasons must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the invoice issue date.

6. General

  • 6.1 We will not be liable for any breach of these Terms or failure to supply where such breach or failure results from an act of God, natural disaster, terrorism, war, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
  • 6.2 We may amend these terms with notice to the client.

Goods & Estimated Delivery Time

  • Indoor Blinds – 3 to 4 weeks
  • Roller Shutters – 2 to 4 weeks
  • Plantation Shutters – 6 to 10 weeks
  • Outdoor Blinds – 3 to 6 weeks
  • Security Screen Doors – 2 to 4 weeks
  • Curtains – 2 to 5 weeks
  • Wall Cladding – 2 to 4 weeks
  • Decking – 2 to 4 weeks

Product & Install Warranty

AUSZONE BLINDS warrants that roller shutters, security screen doors, and plantation shutters installed by us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years.

Blinds, curtains, and all other products listed on our website carry a 5-year warranty provided by suppliers, licensed installers, or subcontractors.

Electrical or battery-operated units are covered by a 5-year warranty.

Auszone Blinds’ obligation is limited to repair or replacement of defective products or components and includes a 3-month installation warranty from the date of purchase and installation.

This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, marine exposure, salt spray, moisture-laden air, corrosive storm damage, or modifications by unauthorised persons.

Product warranty is subject to supplier and manufacturer warranty terms and is not transferable.
